You can step outside in when it's 16 degrees (Fahrenheit) and think to yourself...

16 degrees! It's going to be warm today.

...and the absurdity of this thought does not occur to you for several hours.

And here in GA I was wondering whether to wear a jacket or not when it is 78 outside (also degrees Farhrenheit).

Isn't geography grand? That's why I couldn't live long-term in the South; I'd spend all my time sweating and wheezing until I finally died of massive sweat-induced dehydration.
