another evening 'pon the Couch of Contemplation
Finished editing both "Dark Master" and "Call of Kuazataml". I have absolutely no idea what I'm going to actually do with "Dark Master", since its target market went out of business, but I'm sure something will come to me as I sit upon my authorial Couch of Contemplation.
I have a rather clearer idea what to do with "Call of Kuazataml", but I'm not entirely happy with the middle of the story. It might need another rewrite, or I might just be neurotic. Definitely something to sleep on.
Next up: "Knight of Sorrows", another short story, and then I'm definitely leaning towards starting a new novel tentatively called "Knight of Ashes". I'm on a knight kick lately; not entirely sure why. Perhaps it's because I keep losing to the computer at chess.
I finished Books Read number 4 and 5 for 2007: "Night Train to Rigel" by Timothy Zahn and "Hideaway" by Dean Koontz. Both were quite good.
